The professional strips are much better than the regular ones. You can buy
them on Ebay if that makes it better for you.
If you can, try Brightsmile. It's significantly better than the home
whitening products. It's more expensive, too. But the procedure gets your
teeth whiter and it lasts longer.
They've got an interesting website and yes, it likely is rather

I had Britesmile done about 2 year ago. I do NOT recommend it for those
with even slightly sensitive teeth. It was the most painful thing I have
ever had done, it took a triple dose of Vicodin to get the pain down to a
managable level.
Ok, my teeth aren't sensitive at all. I do have a low tolerance for pain,
but the pain was manageable. Not bad at all, really. As with everything
YMMV. :)
I've been thinking of getting this done for a while, but in the mean time, I've
tried
Crest White Strips and Crest Night Effects, and Crest Night Effects works
great! I actually saw results after one application.
And a tip about Britesmile, if your dentist does this ask him or her if they
have any discount coupons. Mine had $100 off coupons good through last Dec.
and I'm still kicking myself for not taking advantage of that.
