Question:
Maybe if they brushed their teeth once in a while they wouldn't get cavities
and gingivitis. Why the fuck does everyone else have to pay for those too
fucking lazy to look after their own dental hygiene, or health for that
matter?
Answer:
its pretty simple, by paying for preventative dental work we save on
hospital admissions, increased productivity a toothach is a good reminder not to vote for howard again.
i know people who have been waiting for several years for treatement by the
free services.
your blame and attack the victim attitude is noted and is the reason that
the libs are donefore, greedy selfish people like your are the cause of our
nations cutrrent economic problems, demanding more for yourself and less for
important things like education, science and research. those three issues
are the main reason our currency is being pushed down, the libs have failed
to improve the situation, they have made it much worse.
I agree.
Once again, it is obvious that Howard is practicing bad economics. Gum
disease can cause heart disease and is a worse factor than cholesterol
and smoking. Now that is going to cost a whole lot! Also people with
painful mouths and teeth and gums that need care tend to get depressed
as well as sick. They also don't tend to get jobs.
It is much cheaper to have a dental scheme.
As usual the tories know the price of everything and value of nothing.
I think the sorry state of our national dental health, is both a state and federal
government problem, even the best preventate care for teeth will need some dental
work and checkups in a person's lifetime. The expansion of medicare into dental
services would be most the way to go to sloving our national dental problem. I
think abolish that private health insurance rebate (and a few other wasteful
Howard government polices) will provide more than enough money for the expansion
of medicare. Only if the Oppostion has it in it's election campgain
I don't think the opposition would have the nerve to abolish the private
health insurance rebate for fear of political outroar. Lets face it the
public health system is a shambles and no matter what government is elected
they will do a poor job of managing the health care system and will never
be able to fund the waste and inneficiencies associated with and public
service organisation. I do not want to be forced to trust my healthcare
with a bunch of politicians and the public healthcare system which in my
opinion, delivers mediocre health care.
